Lincoln Bouillon was the Society President of ASHRAE in 1966. After he died the Puget Sound Chapter decided to honor his momory with a student scholarshop in mechanical engineering at the University of Washington.
The scholarship was awarded based on academic performance as well as specific interest in the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning industry.
